These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mycowellbeing.com and all related services, including the myco companion app (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Throughout these Terms, "p-cybin truffles" refers to psilocybin truffles.
1 – Access and Account
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our products are not suitable for and may not be purchased or used by anyone under 18.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide personal information including your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
2 – Our Products
We have made every effort to accurately represent our products on the Services. Colors and appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen depending on your device. We do not warrant that product quality or appearance will exactly match what is depicted on the Services.
Product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities available to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
Legality
The production, sale, possession, and use of p-cybin truffles are lawfully permitted in the Netherlands. The United Nations has provided an exception for these natural products in its Commentary on the Convention on Psychotropic Substances (Article 32, par. 12). We operate in full compliance with Dutch law.
Our products may be sold and shipped to other EU member states in accordance with the mutual recognition principle under Regulation (EU) 2019/515 on the mutual recognition of goods lawfully marketed in another member state.
It is your responsibility to verify whether the possession and use of p-cybin truffles is permitted in your jurisdiction. Local laws and regulations may differ and are subject to change. By placing an order, you confirm that you have checked the applicable laws where you are located and that receipt and use of the products is lawful there.
3 – Usage and Liability
By purchasing our products, you agree to use them strictly in accordance with the guidelines provided with your purchase and on the product packaging. If you choose not to follow these instructions, any consequences are your sole responsibility. myco accepts no liability for harm arising from improper or unauthorized use.
Should you experience any discomfort or adverse effects after using our products, discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Our p-cybin truffle products must not be used under the following circumstances:
- You are under 18 years of age
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are consuming alcohol or recreational drugs
- You are taking SSRIs, MAO inhibitors, lithium carbonate, or medication with a similar effect
- You have a diagnosed mental illness or psychological condition
- You have heart problems or a serious physical health condition
- You are currently experiencing extreme or traumatic life events outside your control
By placing an order, you confirm that none of the above apply to you.
4 – Health Disclaimer
The statements on this website and the products we sell have not been evaluated by any medical authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided by myco is for general informational purposes only and must not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor or specialist before using any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing condition.
5 – Storage Instructions
P-cybin truffles must be stored refrigerated at 5–10°C, in their original sealed packaging, in a dry environment. Keep out of reach of children. Failure to follow storage instructions may affect product quality and safety. myco accepts no liability arising from improper storage.
6 – Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. myco reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until myco confirms acceptance in writing or by email, and payment has been received and processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, myco may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. If we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You confirm that purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale or export.
7 – Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. All prices include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that any charges will be honored by your payment provider. If you pay by credit card, the amount will be charged upon placing your order.
8 – Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. myco is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

9 – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This right does not apply to perishable goods, including our p-cybin truffle products, or to any product from which the seal has been removed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@mycowellbeing.com. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business buyers.
10 – Complaints
If you are not satisfied with your order or have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the issue arose. Send your complaint to info@mycowellbeing.com with the subject line "Complaint" and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 14 days. If the matter cannot be resolved within that timeframe, we will inform you of the expected resolution date.
If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may submit your complaint to the relevant consumer authority in your country of residence. As a Dutch company, myco falls under the jurisdiction of the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt).
11 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of myco or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12 – Third-Party Links and Tools
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. myco is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Any use of third-party tools or sites is entirely at your own risk.
13 – Relationship with Shopify
The Services are powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with myco. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and myco. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases.
14 – Privacy
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood it. Certain personal data may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy.
15 – Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any law or regulation, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit false or misleading information, distribute spam or malware, or interfere with the security or functionality of the Services. You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or agentic AI systems to access or interact with the Services without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
16 – Force Majeure
myco is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failures, government measures, power or internet outages, natural disasters, strikes, war, or general transport disruptions. If a force majeure situation persists for more than two months, either party may dissolve the Agreement without obligation to pay compensation.
17 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myco, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or our products. Where myco is found liable, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. This limitation does not apply where damage results from myco's intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
18 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myco, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.
19 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is expressly excluded. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of these Terms, the Dutch text takes precedence.
20 – Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
