Where we ship
We currently ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
We do not ship outside Europe at this time.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150.
Processing and delivery
We dispatch orders Monday through Thursday. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. We ship all orders with GLS. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a GLS tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Order confirmation
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it's still not there, contact us at info@mycowellbeing.com and we will check your order status.
Delayed orders
Use the tracking link in your GLS confirmation email to check the status of your delivery. If something seems off or your order is significantly delayed, reach out at info@mycowellbeing.com and we will look into it.
Discreet packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside.
Damaged orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mycowellbeing.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
