I didn’t start myco because I wanted to sell truffles.

I started it because I kept seeing something that didn’t add up.

Everywhere I looked, from the 1960s and 70s all the way to today, there have been thousands of reports and credible studies showing how psych-edelics can help with depression, addiction, anxiety, and even our sense of meaning and connection.

At the same time, the stigma around psyc-hedelics has stayed stuck in the past, full of fear and misinformation. The science and the stories just didn’t match up with the fear.

That disconnect was the seed for myco.

myco was born to destigmatize psych-edelics, to show people the real possibilities, and the real risks too, with full transparency.

I believe psych-edelics, when used responsibly and with intention, can help us become better humans. Better humans build better communities.

And that’s how we heal a world that’s become disconnected from itself, from nature, and from each other.

I’ve seen this firsthand in my own life.
