Add the app to your Home Screen (recommended)
iPhone / iPad ( Safari only)

  1. iOS only supports Add to Home Screen from Safari.Open https://clarityapp.mycowellbeing.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share icon (square with the arrow).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen → Add.
  4. Launch from the new icon — it opens full-screen.

Tip: If you opened the link in Chrome on iOS, share it to Open in Safari first, then follow the steps above.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open https://clarityapp.mycowellbeing.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the  menu (top-right).
  3. Choose Add to Home screen or Install app → Add.
  4. Open from the new icon — it launches full-screen.

Quick usage tips

  • On dose days: take it in the morning with food and water; keep caffeine light for 2–3 hours.
  • On all days: try the day’s meditation and one small grounding task (walk, breathwork, body scan).
  • If you feel edgy or overstimulated: pause, drink water, try 5 slow breaths; adjust the dose gently next time.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t sign in? Use the same email you used at checkout (or the invite email).
  • No “Add to Home Screen”? Use Safari on iPhone; on Android, try Chrome’s Install app.
  • Opens in a browser tab? Remove old shortcuts and repeat the steps above.
