We extract every mushroom twice: once with hot water and once with alcohol. Some of the mushroom’s compounds (like beta-glucans) only dissolve in water, others (like triterpenes) only in alcohol. A dual extraction captures the full spectrum of the fruiting body in one bottle.
Yes. Many of our customers combine Reishi with their microdosing journey or with Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps. That’s why we also offer the Extract Bundle. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor first.
