Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@mycowellbeing.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
How to cancel or return
To cancel an order or request a return, email us at info@mycowellbeing.com with your order number. Orders can be cancelled until they have been fulfilled. After fulfilment, eligible items can be returned within the 14-day window.
What can be returned
- Extracts can be returned within 14 days, provided the seal/lid is unopened and unbroken.
- Truffles are non-returnable. Due to their perishable, freshness-sensitive nature, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law once delivered. This exemption applies to goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
