Take the daily amount stated on the label, straight under the tongue or mixed into water, coffee or a smoothie. Most people take Cordyceps in the morning or before exercise, as part of their daytime routine. Please don’t exceed the recommended daily amount.
We extract every mushroom twice: once with hot water and once with alcohol. Some of the mushroom’s compounds (like beta-glucans) only dissolve in water, others (like triterpenes) only in alcohol. A dual extraction captures the full spectrum of the fruiting body in one bottle.
Yes. Cordyceps is often combined with Lion’s Mane in the morning and Reishi in the evening. All three come together in our Extract Bundle. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor first.
