Take the daily amount stated on the label, straight under the tongue or mixed into your morning coffee, tea or water. Many people take it in the morning, before focused work. Please don’t exceed the recommended daily amount.
We extract every mushroom twice: once with hot water and once with alcohol. Some of the mushroom’s compounds (like beta-glucans) only dissolve in water, others (like triterpenes) only in alcohol. A dual extraction captures the full spectrum of the fruiting body in one bottle.
Yes. Lion’s Mane pairs well with the Focus & Flow journey and with our other extracts. All three come together in the Extract Bundle. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor first.
