What is microdosing, and how does it work?

Microdosing means taking a very small (sub-perceptual) amount of psilocybin — enough to create positive changes in mood, focus, and awareness, without hallucinogenic effects. It works by enhancing neuroplasticity and modulating serotonin pathways.
